This textured and UV mapped polygonal 3d model compatible with 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, Unity, Lightwave, Softimage, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling, animation, game design and AR/VR packages.

279 tiles with realistic 4096x4096 pixels texture per tile.
One tile contains ground, buildings, trees, cars and other world objects as one mesh.
1:1 true scale double precision metric UTM coordinates XY-centered Z-up in .obj file format.
Textures and objects are optimized for real-time rendering.
Tested in 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, Unity and Unreal Engine.
System requirements: 64GB RAM minimum and 24GB GPU recommended.
To reduce memory usage on less powerful systems you can lower texture resolution to 2048x2048 pixels or even to 1024x1024 pixels.
Also you can open scene without textures, cut needed part, save it and then reopen it with textures.
3D model was made using AI photogrammetry method.
