199 tiles with high-resolution texture at 4096x4096 pixels per tile.
Every tile integrates ground surfaces, buildings, trees, vehicles, and other world elements, combined into a single, realistic mesh.
Modeled at a 1:1 real-world scale using double-precision metric UTM Zone 28 coordinates (XY-centered, Z-up) in .obj file format.
Textures and objects are optimized for real-time rendering.
Tested in 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, Unity, and Unreal Engine.
System requirements:
64GB CPU RAM minimum and 24GB GPU VRAM recommended.
For less powerful systems, texture resolution can be reduced to 2048x2048 or 1024x1024 pixels to minimize memory usage.
Alternatively, the scene can be opened without textures, trimmed to the desired area, saved, and reopened with textures applied.
This 3D model was created using advanced AI photogrammetry techniques to ensure accuracy and detail.
