Engine Ferrari 288 GTO 3D CAD Model for AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Pro/Engineer, CATIA, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Lightwave, Softimage, Blender and other CAD and 3D modeling software.
The 1980`s Ferrari 2.9 litre v8 twin turbo engine used in the famous 288 GTO race car. It is is a mid engined car so keep that in mind when using it to build. It is also a very rudimentary model as far as the outer BLOCK dimensions go they`re not 100% accurate though the inner BLOCK dimensions ARE 100% accurate. The bore and stroke are correct and the deck height (measured from the center of the crankshaft to the top surface of the block where the pistons protrude slightly, if that still doesn`t make sense go google it) is correct as well. The oil pan is completely bupkiss it is simply a placeholder, and I have not included the front timing belt covers, and no cooling system has been made for the model either.
