The Douglas A-26 Invader (designated B-26 from 1948–1965) was a twin-engine aircraft developed by the United States as a light attack and bombing aircraft during World War II, which also served during some conflicts of the Cold War. A lighter version (designated A-26) served in combat until 1969.
