A Cryptex is the imaginary container for the secret answer to a riddle or secret code in the DaVinci Code book and movie. This one is similar to the one in the movie but not the same. Surfaces can be applied to show the letters or numbers. It works sort of like a barrel combination lock. Created in Lightwave Modeler 9 (Mac - though it should not make a difference) I have included the surface images I used as well as the Lightwave surfaces.
