This is a reverse-engineered main landing gear of the famous jetliner Boeing 777. The model was developed for the final project of "Dynamics of Machinery" undergraduate course for rigid body analysis and simulation of the retraction-extension mechanism in Ansys Workbench. Exact dimensions of a few parts were gathered from the airplane`s maintenance manual. For other parts measurement were taken from scale plans by reference to the dimension of the exact parts.
